You can use the NZMOE Report Viewer window to:

  • view basic roll return aggregate reports
  • view detailed roll aggregate reports
  • mark a roll return aggregate report as correct.


 Opening the NZMOE Report Viewer window

To open the NZMOE Report Viewer window:

  1. Open the MOE tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See Import/Export Student Data - MOE tab.
    The MOE tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.
  2. Click either:



    Note: This button is not enabled until the roll return has been generated. See Generating roll returns.



    Note: This button is not enabled until the roll return has been submitted for approval. See Requesting roll return approval.

  3. Click .
    The NZMOE Report Viewer window is displayed.

Description

SearchSearch for a report in the grid area.

Description

Report NameName of the selected report.
CorrectWhether the data in the selected report has been marked as correct by the Preparer. See Previewing roll return reports.
ConfirmedWhether the data in the selected report has been confirmed to be correct by the Approver. See Viewing reports submitted for approval.

Buttons

Description

View the previous page of the report.

View the next page of the report.

Decrease the zoom magnification.

Increase the zoom magnification.

Reset the zoom magnification.

Print the selected report.

Open a file in the NZ MOE Report Viewer window.

Close the NZ MOE Report Viewer window.

View the detailed version of the report.

Mark the selected report as correct.

Note: Clicking this button selects the Correct and Confirmed checkboxes.

Mark the selected report as incorrect.

Clear the value of the Correct field so the report can be re-checked.
