title	Opening the Events tab

To open the Events tab:

Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking Image Removed Image Added .
Search for the student. See Searching for existing students (on page ) in the Current students manual.
Click the Events tab.
The Events tab of Current Student Maintenance is displayed.

Fields
The fields and buttons on this tab are almost identical to those on the Current Events tab. See:

Fields unique to this tab include:

Field	Description
ID	Synergetic ID of the primary person invited.
Joint ID	Community member's joint Synergetic ID number, if applicable.
Name at time of event	Name of the attendee at the time the event was held. This defaults to their mail name.

Buttons

Button	Description
Image RemovedImage Added	Add a new row and then type in the details of the event attended in the past.
Image RemovedImage Added	Delete the highlighted event.
Image RemovedImage Added	Launch into Events Maintenance. See Maintaining events in the Development manual.
