To open the NZMOE Report Viewer window:

Open the MOE tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See Import/Export Student Data - MOE tab.
The MOE tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.

Note: This button is not enabled until the roll return has been generated. See Generating roll returns.

Note: This button is not enabled until the roll return has been submitted for approval. See Requesting roll return approval.

The NZMOE Report Viewer window is displayed.

NZMOE Report Viewer window key fields and buttons

Fields

Field	Description
Search	Search for a report in the grid area.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Report Name	Name of the selected report.
Correct	Whether the data in the selected report has been marked as correct by the Preparer. See Previewing roll return reports.
Confirmed	Whether the data in the selected report has been confirmed to be correct by the Approver. See Viewing reports submitted for approval.

Buttons

Button	Description
Image Modified	View the previous page of the report.
Image Modified	View the next page of the report.
Image Modified	Decrease the zoom magnification.
Image Modified	Increase the zoom magnification.
Image Modified	Reset the zoom magnification.
Image Modified	Print the selected report.
Image Modified	Open a file in the NZ MOE Report Viewer window.
Image Added	Close the NZ MOE Report Viewer window.

Image Added	View the detailed version of the report.
Image Added	Mark the selected report as correct. Note: Clicking this button selects the Correct and Confirmed checkboxes.
