New Activity window key fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Date | Date the activity is being undertaken. |
Primary Only | Whether the activity applies to the primary contact only. The default is to include the spouse in all activities and communications. |
Select for the activity to apply to the primary contact only. | |
Appeal | Appeal that the activity is being made in response to. |
Activity | Type of activity, including whether they have donated or need reminding. For example:

Status | Status of the activity. For example:

Follow Up | Whether to follow up with the prospective donor or not. |
For example, the Prospect Follow-up List on the Crystal Reports menu excludes activities if this field is not selected. |
Clear the flag if a follow up is not required on the Follow Up Date. | |
Follow Up Date | Date to follow up with the prospective donor. |
For example, the Prospect Follow up List on the Crystal Reports menu allows you to select those marked for follow up within a certain date range. | |
Comment | Description of the activity. |
Prospector | Person communicating with the prospective donor.
