• Community surname
• Community given name
• Community ID.
Tip: Search using the Community ID to automatically login as the linked user. - Filter the search by constituency if necessary.
Note: Selecting Show Database logins only field will filter the list to only include IDs with Community Portal logins stored in the Synergetic database. - Select a grid entry.
- Click Login As in the Login column.
A confirmation message is displayed on the Impersonate User Login window and the Community Portal pages are displayed as the selected community member sees them.
