Without changing the name of the subject, you can assign the subject assessment to a:

• campus, if the campus was not specified before
• different campus
• different file type.

To move a subject assessment to a campus (if the campus was not specified before), different campus or a different file type:

1. Search for the subject assessment you want to rename. See Searching for subjects and assessment areas (on page ).
   The Subject Assessment Selector window is displayed on the left.
2. Select the subject assessment to rename.

3. Right click.
   The following menu is displayed.

4. Select Rename.
   The RENAME Assessment Code window is displayed.

5. Update the Campus field if you need to assign the subject assessment to a:
   • campus, if the campus was not specified before
   • different campus.
6. Update the File Type field if you need to assign the subject assessment to a different file type.
7. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The Confirm window is displayed.

   Note: The details of the Campus and File Type field changes are not displayed on this dialog window.
8. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The subject assessment is renamed.
9. Update the details of the subject assessment. See Maintaining subject assessments (on page ).
10. Create new areas of assessment or modify the details of the existing ones. See:
    • Creating new subject assessment areas (on page ).
    • Maintaining subject assessment areas (on page ).
