To open the Planthe Medical Plans sub-tab:

  1. Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
     Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
    • Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
    • Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
    • Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
  2. Click Image Removed.
    The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window Select Students > Medical Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.
  3. Click the the Medical Plan tabPlans tab.
    The Plan sub-tab on the Medical Plan tab of Medical Maintenance is The Medical Plans tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.

Active

Whether the medical plan is currently active.

Issued By

Staff member that issued the medical plan.

Type

Type of medical plan. See luMedicalPlanType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Location

Medical Plan Type

Type of medical plan. For example, ASTHMA.

Note: You can maintain medical plan types using the luMedicalPlanType lookup table. See the luMedicalPlanType lookup table in the Synergetic System Maintenance manual.

Location

Location where the medical plan is stored. For example, COP - Carries on Person.

Note: You can maintain medical locations using the luMedicalLocation lookup table. See the luMedicalLocation lookup table in the Synergetic System Maintenance manual.

Active

Whether the medical plan is currently active.

Start DateStart date of the medical plan.
Expiry DateDate the medical plan expires.

Instructions

Instructions for administering Issued By

Staff member that issued the medical plan.

Modified By

Community member that last modified the selected medical plan record.

Modified Date

Date the medical plan was last modified.

Plan Seq

Unique identifier for the medical plan.
