To open the Incident History tab:

  1. Select Students > Medical Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.
  2. Click the Incident History tab.
    The Incidents History tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.

Date

Date the medical incident occurred.

Time In

Time the person arrived at the sick bay.

Type of Incident

Type of medical incident. For example, Abrasion.

Note: Medical incident types are maintained using the luMedicalIncidentType lookup table. See the luMedicalIncidentType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
