Creating pastoral care items from Pastoral Care Maintenance
To create new pastoral care items from Pastoral Care Maintenance:

1. Select Students > Pastoral Care Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
   The Pastoral Care filters tab of the Pastoral Care Maintenance window is displayed.

2. Search for the student you want to create the pastoral care item for. See Searching for pastoral care information AnchorH_32264H_32264 (on page ).
3. Click the Image Removed Image Added icon next to the student you want to create the pastoral care item for.
   The Details tab of the Pastoral care window is displayed.
4. Select and type the details of the pastoral care item. See Maintaining pastoral care information (on page ) Pastoral Care Overview.

Creating pastoral care items from Student Maintenance
To create new pastoral care items from Student Maintenance:

1. Select Students > Student Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
2. Search for the student you want to create the pastoral care item for.
3. Click the Pastoral Care navigation bar to open it.
   The Pastoral Care navigation bar is displayed.

4. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The Details tab of the Pastoral care window is displayed.
