Use the Awards tab to maintain awards for individual and team achievements received while attending your organisation.
You can either:
- modify the details of the selected award
- add a new award
- delete the selected award.
Award information can be entered manually using the fields on this tab or automatically, using a User Form. For more information about automatic awards, see Setting up automatic awards in the Assessments and reports manual.

Grid area fields
Field | Description |

Year | Year when the award was conferred. |
Sem | Semester or term when the award was conferred. |
Code | Unique code for the award. |
Description | Description of the award. |
Classification | Type of award. |
Date | Date the award was conferred. |
Achievement | Brief description of the achievement. |
Achievement comment | Additional comments about the individual's achievement. |
Award comment | Additional comments about the award. |

Staff ID | Synergetic ID number of the staff member who nominated the student for the award. |
