Use the Consent tab to maintain records of medical consent provided by parents and guardians.
Opening the Consent tab
To open the Consent tab:
- Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
- Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
- Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
- Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
- Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
- Click .
The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click the Consent tab.

Consent Given By |
Family member or community member that provided medical consent. |
Consent Given Date |
Date medical consent was given. |
Consent Expiry Date |
Date the medical consent record expires. |
Modified By |
Community member that last modified the selected medical consent record. |
Modified Date |
Date the selected medical consent record was last modified. |
Con. Seq |
Unique identifier given to the consent record. |
Consent Comment |
Comment about the consent given. |
