Using the Communications Centre

The Communications Centre displays a list of communications sent to you by your school. Using the Communications Centre, you can:

  • Sort or filter the list of communications. See .
  • Download communication attachments. See .
  • Save or print copies of communications. See .


Sorting and filtering communications

Sorting communications

You can sort communications by selecting the sorting method using the Sort By drop-down list. Currently, you can sort from newest to oldest or oldest to newest.

Filtering communications

You can filter the communications displayed by using the Search field and Filters area fields.

For example, if you want to view emails with a certain keyword that were received within a specified date range you would:

  1. Type the keyword into the Search field.

  2. Click  to view the Filters area fields.
  3. Update the Date Range field to the required date range.
  4. Deselect the Others and SMS fields.
  5. Click .

Downloading communication attachments

To download communication attachments:

  1. Locate the communication containing the attachments you want to download.

    Note: For information about sorting and filtering the list of communications, see .

  2. Click Read More at the bottom-left of the communication.

    The Communication is displayed in a popup window.
  3. Click Download All.
    The attachments are saved as a .zip file.

Saving or printing communications

To save or print a communication:

  1. Locate the communication you want to save.

    Note: For information about sorting and filtering the list of communications, see .

  2. Click Read More at the bottom-left of the communication.

    The Communication is displayed in a popup window.
  3. Click .
    The Print window is displayed.
  4. Select your print (or print to PDF) preferences.
  5. Click Print.
