You can use the CESA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window to export the Religion Survey required by Catholic Education South Australia.
Opening the CESA tab To open the CESA tab: - Select Module > Students > Student Data Import/Export from the main menu.
The WA SCSA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the student import and export functions by clicking .
- Click the CESA tab.

Field configurations
CESA religion survey field configurations
Column | Heading | Description |
---|
A | AGEID | School code allocated to each campus by the Department of Education. |

B | School Name | Name of your school. |

C | School Type | School type for your organisation. |

- Load the CESA school type values into the luSchoolType lookup table.
- luSchoolType lookup table - Loading lookup tables for external systems.
- Select your school type using the School Type field on the School tab of School Settings Maintenance. See School Settings Maintenance - School tab.
Based on your selection, the report field can have a value of either:
- Primary School - Secondary School - Combined School - Special School.

Year | File year to process. |
Term | Term to process. |
Campus | Campus to process. |
Process Type | Type of file to process. You can select: - Religion Survey
- Student Preview.

Year Level From/To | Year level range to export. |
School Suburb | Suburb where your school is located. Note: You can define the default value of this field using the CESA_SchoolSuburb configuration setting. See CESA_SchoolSuburb configuration setting. |
School Diocese | Diocese where your school is located. Note: You can define the default value of this field using the CESA_SchoolDiocese configuration setting. See CESA_SchoolDiocese configuration setting. |
Filename | Filename and location. |
Progress | Progress bar for the export. |
