Use the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab to view the latest confirmation information for the contacts of the selected community member.

 

 Opening the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab

To open the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip:     You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking     .

  2. Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
    The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Confirm Details tab.
    The Community Confirmation Status sub-tab of the Confirm Details tab of Community Maintenance is displayed.

Description

Type

Type of contact. For example, SC1.
NameName of the community member contact.
Lives WithSelected if the community member lives with the selected contact.
ParentSelected if the community member is the parent of the selected contact.
PersonalConfirmation date of the selected community member’s Personal group on the My Details tab.
AddressesConfirmation date of the selected community member’s Addresses group on the My Details tab.
OccupationConfirmation date of the selected community member’s Occupation group on the My Details tab.
CensusConfirmation date of the selected community member’s Census group on the My Details tab.
IDCommunity ID of the community member.

Contact Type

Type of contact. Typical values include:

  • SC1, SC2 and so on.
  • SE1, SE2 and so on.

Note: Normally the SC1 contact is a parent of the students, even if the child does not live with the parent; this is because the SC1 contact is used to determine family position and sibling discounts.

NameName of the community member contact.
Lives WithSelected if the community member lives with the selected contact.
ParentSelected if the community member is the parent of the selected contact.
Last ConfirmedConfirmation date of the selected community member’s Personal group.
Confirmed ByCommunity member that confirmed the group.
