Community Maintenance - Confirm Details tab - Community Confirmation Status sub-tab

Use the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab to view the latest confirmation information of the My Details groups relevant to the selected community member. For each group the last confirmation date and the community member that submitted the confirmation is displayed.


 Opening the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab

To open the Community Confirmation Status sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip:     You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking     .

  2. Search for the community member. See Searching for community members.
    The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Confirm Details tab.
    The Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab of the Confirm Details tab of Community Maintenance is displayed.
  4. Click the Community Confirmation Status.
    The Community Confirmation Status sub-tab of the Confirm Details tab of Community Maintenance is displayed.

Note: These fields are not linked to the current confirmation period. They will always display the most recently confirmed details.
