You can customise the appearance of Synergetic in several ways:

  • You can change the background colour of the main menu. See Changing the background colours (on page ).

Note: This is recommended for test servers or extra finance databases so that you can easily tell the difference between different instances.

  • You can create your own custom icons to use in place of the menu buttons on the main tool bar. See CustomIcon configuration setting (on page ).
  • You can set which icons are used by default for the menu toolbar. See IconSet configuration setting (on page ).
  • You can rename fields within Synergetic to suit your organisation. See Customising field names in Synergetic (on page ).
  • You can create your own custom icons that link to a field or an SQL function and are displayed in maintenance windows. See Maintaining custom maintenance window icons.
