Use the Guests sub-tab of the Current Events tab to record the details of any guests attending the event.

Note:
Use the Details sub-tab to enter the event details for the community member and their spouse. See the Past Student Maintenance - Current Events tab - Details sub-tab (on page ).

 

 

 

 Opening the Guests sub-tab

To open the Guests sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking  .
  2. Select the past student. See Searching for past students (on page ).
    The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Current Events tab.
    The Details sub-tab of the Current Events tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  4. Click the Guests sub-tab
    The Guests sub-tab of the Current Events tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Grid area

Field

Description

Surname

Last name of the guest.

Preferred

Preferred (first) name of the guest.

GuestID

Synergetic ID of the guest, if they are found in the Synergetic database.
This field is blank if you have typed in the Surname and Preferred fields for a guest not listed in Synergetic.

OverrideTableNumber

The table of the guest, if different from the primary person invited.

Seq

Sequence number of the guest, automatically generated by Synergetic.

sqlcEmail

Email address of the person or couple invited.

sqlcMobilePhone

Mobile phone of the person or couple invited.

Add a new guest to the past student's record.

Delete a guest from the past student's record.

Guest's Synergetic ID number, if applicable.

Title

Guest's title.

Preferred

Guest's preferred name.

Surname

Guest's surname.

Company

Guest's company name, if applicable.

Email

Guest's email address.

Mobile

Guest's mobile phone number.

Industry

Guest's industry, if applicable.

Company Position

Guest's position in the company.

Table No.

Guest's table number.

Dietary Requirements

List any special dietary requirements for the selected person.
For example, the primary person may be a vegetarian while their partner may be a vegan.
Note: This field is automatically populated with the value from the Dietary Requirements field on the Other tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Other tab in the Community manual.

Physical Requirements

List any requirements to cater for particular physical needs.
For example, wheelchair access is required.
Note: This field is automatically populated with the value from the Physical Requirements field on the Other tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Other tab in the Community manual.

Launch the Enter the details to find the guest window, to search for the guest you want to edit the event details for.

Launch Occupation tab of the Community Maintenance window for the selected Synergetic ID. See the Community Maintenance - Occupation tab in the Community manual.

Tickets sub-sub-tab fields

Code

Code for the ticket.

Description

Description of the ticket.

Qty

Number of tickets issued to the guest.

Price

Price of the tickets.
