Note: Constituencies created by Synergetic (prefixed by @) need to be deleted using the function that created them. For example, the @DEB (Debtor) constituency is deleted from within the Debtors Maintenance function.
To delete all user-defined constituencies of a community member:
- Search for the community member. See Searching for community members (on page ).
- Click the Constits tab. See Community Maintenance - Constits tab (on page ).
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
- Select a user-defined constituency and click Delete.
The following warning is displayed.

The link to the user-defined constituency is deleted. - Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each user-defined constituency.
