To enable email correspondence:

  1. Click .
    The General tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.
  2. Click the Email tab.
    The Email tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.
  3. Select .
  4. Type the email subject into the Email Subject Template field.
  5. Type the email used to send notifications into the Sender Email Address field.

  6. Type the body text of the email into the Email Template field.

    Note: You can type HTML into this field if you selected HTML in the Email Type field.

    Tip: You can add replaceable fields to the email template using the Usable email fields. For example, the {ApplicationPortalDashboardURL} adds the URL of the Online application portal dashboard.

  7. Click .
