Use the Details bar to view and maintain details about the excursion.
Excursion Maintenance - Details bar key fields
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Description | Description of the excursion. |
Objectives | Purposes of the excursion. |
Attire | Attire students are expected to wear to the excursion. For example, their sports uniform. |
Type | Type of excursion. See the luEventType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual. |
Status | Status of the excursion. See the luEventStatus lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual. |
Max Attendance | Maximum number of people attending the excursion. |
Max Tickets per Attendee | Maximum number of tickets allocated to each attendee. |
Tickets Allocated | Number of tickets allocated. |
Event Date From/To | Date and time the excursion starts and date and time the excursion ends. |
Invite Date | Date and time the excursion invitations were sent. |
RSVP | Date and time the attendees must RSVP by. |
Comment | Comments about the excursion. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Invited | Number of students, staff and assistants invited to the excursion. |
Attending | Number of students, staff and assistants that have indicated they are attending the excursion. |
Student to Staff Ratio | Ratio of the number of attending students to the number of attending staff. |
Student to Supervisor Ratio | Ratio of the number of attending students to the number of attending staff and assistants. |

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Excursion Selector. This field can be used to filter excursions by any of the information displayed in the Excursion Selector. |
