You can use the Print Student Reports window to print or archive reports for students.
You can:
- Search for reports for a particular student or group of students. See Searching for reports to archive (on page ).
- Archive the report for a class for a student.
- Archive the report for all classes for a student.
- Archive all student reports for a selected class.
- Apply an underlay to individual class reports.
Opening the Print Student Reports window
To open the Print Student Reports window:
- Select Curriculum > Print Student Reports from the SynWeb main menu.
- Search for students to view print or archive for. See Searching for reports to archive (on page ).
The Print Student Reports window is displayed.
Tip: The Process Status area is also displayed if you have selected to archive reports.
