Configurable gender is a major system-wide enhancement that allows schools to configure multiple genders to represent the multitude of gender identities in their school communities.

First, schools need to define configurable gender data by using:

• luGender lookup table to define new configurable genders. See luGender lookup table (Gender).
• luRelationship lookup table to define relationships for other-gendered community members. See luRelationship lookup table (Gender).

Once this data has been defined, schools can:
