Development Maintenance - Occupation/Education tab

Use the Occupation/Education tab to view:

  • occupation (work) details of the primary contact and their spouse
  • contact details during working hours
  • education and qualification details of the primary contact and their spouse.

This information can be useful when:

  • contacting the person during working hours
  • targeting your fundraising efforts based on the education and qualifications of the prospective donor.


Tip: Use the centre splitter to display more information for either the primary contact or spouse. See Using the centre splitter.

 Opening the Occupation/Education tab

To open the Occupation/Education tab:

  1. Select Module > Development > Development Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Development Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Select the donor or prospect. See Searching for donors and prospects.
    The Personal tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Occupation/Education tab.
    The Occupation/Education tab of the Development Maintenance window is displayed.


Development Maintenance - Occupation/Education tab fields

Field

Description

Code

Occupation code.

Description

Description of the community member's occupation (that is, work details).

Company

Company name, if applicable.

Phone

Contact telephone number.

Education

Community member's places of study. This is a free form text field. See Community Maintenance - Education tab in the Community manual.

Qualifications

Specify the qualifications based on the education levels achieved, using a free form text field.
