  1. Select Module > System > Community Maintenance.
  2. Find the community member you wish to create an account for.
  3. Select the Other tab.
  4. Click Image RemovedClick Image Added.
    The Password Manager window appears.
  5. Type in a password for the user.
  6. Select the Account type:
    • Single for students and for parents who do not wish to share an account with their spouse
    • Joint for parents who wish to share the account with their spouse.
  7. Click .
    The Confirm Password window appears.
  8. Re-type the password you entered in step 5.
  9. Click.
