Field	Description
Header	Information to print before items on the purchase order.
Trailer	Information to print after items on the purchase order.

Common fields

Field	Description
Order Number	Unique number identifying the purchase order.
Ordered By	Community member who created the purchase order.
Status	Authorisation status of the purchase order.

Button	Description
Image Modified	Delete the selected purchase order. See Deleting purchase orders. Image Modified
Image Modified	Click to launch the New Purchase Order window to create a new purchase order. See Creating new purchase orders.
Image Modified	Click to launch the Search Purchase Orders window to change your search criteria. See Searching for purchase orders.
Image Modified	Click to cancel the selected purchase order.
Image Modified	Save changes made to the purchase order.
