To open the Shared sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking Image Removed Image Added.
  2. Search for the future student. See Searching for future students (on page ).
  3. Click the Other Schools tab.
    The Shared sub-tab of the Other Schools tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

Grid Area Fields

Field

Description

Enrol Year

Year the student is enrolled to join the school.

Year Level

Student's year level.

School Code

Unique code identifying the school.

School Description

Name of the school.

Status

Status of the future students. These include:

  • application made
  • place offered
  • finalised
  • cancelled.

Note: Maintain the values in the luFutureStatus lookup table. See luFutureStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Enrol Date

Date the future student enrolled at the school.

Application Date

Date the future student applied to enrol at the school.

Priority

The assigned relative priority of the future student's enrolment. For example, high priority due to having a sibling at the school.
Typical values include:

  • Existing Family
  • Sibling at School
  • Parent is Ex Student
  • Parent is Staff
  • Normal.

Note: Maintain the values in the luFuturePriority lookup table. See luFuturePriority lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Boarder

Boarding house of the future student at the school.

Preference

The preference number of the school. The schools are listed in order of preference, with 1 being the student's preferred school.
