  1. Search for the required staff schedule. See Searching for staff schedules.
    The Schedule tab of the Staff Schedule Maintenance window is displayed at the current week. A list of classes is displayed in the Classes grid.


    Note:
    If the schedule is blank, the schedule definitions and/or days have not been defined. See Defining the time periods for staff schedules.

    Tip:
    If the Show Timetabled Classes box is not selected, only co-curricular activities assigned to this teacher are displayed.
     
  2. Select the co-curricular activity in the Classes grid that you want to schedule.
  3. Select the Students for Class option in the Master Student List area.
    The students that have been assigned to this activity are displayed in the student list on the right-hand side of the window.
  4. Select the students to be assigned to this meeting.
    To select more than one student either:
    • hold down the Ctrl key and select each student in turn
    • select the first student, hold down the Shift key and select the last student in a block.
  5. Drag the selected students over the schedule grid. Position the cursor over the selected time period and release the mouse.
    The new meeting is added to the grid with a yellow background.

  1. Select the meeting in the schedule grid.
  2. Select the students you want to remove from the meeting in the Scheduled Students grid.


    Tip:
    To select multiple students, hold down the Ctrl key and select each student in turn.
     
  3. Click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The following window is displayed.

  4. Click .

    Note:
    If you delete all students from the Scheduled Students grid for a specific activity, you are prompted to confirm whether to delete the activity from the schedule.

  1. Select the meeting in the schedule grid.
  2. Either:
    • right click to display the shortcut menu and select Delete
    • press the Delete key on your keyboard.
    The following window is displayed.
