Normally, when you add a new session, the staff members that teach a year level are automatically selected to attend the parent teacher interviews for that year level.

Use the Parent Teacher Interview Session Staff window to manually select and de-select staff for a parent teacher interview session. You can either:

  • select one or more staff members to be included in a session
  • select rooms in which individual staff members conduct interviews
  • copy rooms used in other sessions
  • de-select a staff member to exclude them from a session
  • de-select a staff member to exclude them from specific time slots during a session.

Session

Select session from the drop-down list prior to updating the staff attending.

Grid area fields

Staff NameName of the staff member.

Staff Code

Unique code used throughout Synergetic for the staff member.

Available

Clear this field if the staff member is not available for the selected session.

If they become available later, you can select the relevant time slots.
