In the following example, a whole-school assembly occurs on Monday, first period. To achieve this, the D1/TP1 cell's availability is set to N for all specialist teachers and rooms.

To define school assemblies using specialist teacher availability:

1. Select Basic Data > Teachers from the main menu.

   The Teachers window is displayed with teachers added earlier.

2. Select a specialist teacher.

2. Select the cell for the required day and time period for the assembly, in the Available Times area.
   In this example, the D1/TP1 cell; that is, Monday first period.

   The teacher's availability is set to N for the selected cell.

2. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each specialist teacher.
