The timetable automatic import feature in Synergetic extracts information directly from the ‘Timetabler’ software instead of having , eliminating the need for users to manually export files out of from Timetabler and import them into Synergetic. However, this requires the database server to be configured with Timetabler and have access to a shared location for files to be read and imported. This setup is currently not possible on in a hosted environment and , meaning users who already has have this feature setup set up would lose the its functionality.
This solution emulates the automatic process and allows , allowing users who have moved to a hosted environment to resume continue using the use of automatic timetable import feature.
