| End Date | Date your organisation stopped using the BMS software linked to the Previous BMS ID. |
| Created By | Synergetic user User that created the selected BMS ID. |
| Created | Date the BMS ID was created. |
| Modified By | Synergetic user User that last modified the selected BMS ID. |
| Modified | Date the BMS ID was last modified. |
