Normally, when you add a new session, the staff members that teach a year level are automatically selected to attend the parent teacher interviews for that year level.

Session

Select session from the drop-down list prior to updating the staff attending.

Staff NameName of the staff member.

Staff Code

Unique code used throughout Synergetic for the staff member.

Available

Clear this field if the staff member is not available for the selected session.

Select the room where the staff member is conducting interviews for this session.

ID

Synergetic ID for the staff member.

Buttons

Description

Launch Staff Maintenance for the highlighted staff member. See Maintaining staff in the Human resources manual.

Add individual staff members who conduct interviews using the Staff Search window. For example, the head of house does not teach the year level and so is not selected by default but wants to attend the session.

Add all staff members who teach in the selected year levels using the Bulk Add Staff to Interview Session window.

Copy rooms used by staff members from another session.

You can overwrite rooms in the current session, if required.

Show the selected staff member as not being available for particular time slots.

If they become available later, you can select the relevant time slots.

Delete the staff member from the list of available staff.

You can select multiple staff members in the list by using the Shift and Ctrl keys.
