Code | Unique code identifying the location. |
Description | Description of the location. For example, its name. |
LocationAddress1 | Main address of the location. |
LocationAddress2 | Second address of the location, if applicable. |
LocationAddress3 | Third address of the location, if applicable. |
LocationSuburb | Suburb of the location. |
LocationState | State of the location. |
LocationPostCode | Post code of the location. |
LocationPhone | Main phone number of the location. |
LocationMap-ReferenceLocationMapReference | Map reference for the location. |
| LocationHTML | Used to display HTML to users completing online consent forms for events or excursions. For example, the following HTML provides a link to the Google Maps excursion location, the MCG.
