To open the Student Contacts Confirmation Status sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip:     You can also access the future student functions by clicking     .

  2. Search for the future student. See Searching for future students.

  3. Click the Confirm Details tab.
    The Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab of the Confirm Details tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

  4. Click the Student Contacts Confirmation Status sub-tab.
    The Student Contacts Confirmation Status sub-tab of the Confirm Details tab of Future Student Maintenance is displayed.

Type

Type of contact. For example, SC1.
NameName of the future student contact.
Lives WithSelected if the future student lives with the selected future student contact.
ParentSelected if the future student is a child of the selected future student contact.
PersonalConfirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Personal group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
AddressesConfirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Addresses group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
OccupationConfirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Occupation group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
CensusConfirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Census group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
IDCommunity ID of the selected future student contact.

Contact Type

Type of contact. Typical values include:

  • SC1, SC2 and so on.
  • SE1, SE2 and so on.

Note: Normally the SC1 contact is a parent of the students, even if the child does not live with the parent; this is because the SC1 contact is used to determine family position and sibling discounts.

NameName of the selected future student contact.
Lives WithSelected if the future student lives with the selected future student contact. 
ParentSelected if the future student is a child of the selected future student contact.
Last ConfirmedDate the group was last confirmed on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
Confirmed ByCommunity member that confirmed the group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
