Set Subject Assessment Search Criteria window key fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
File Type | Search for all subjects in a particular file type, either academic or co-curricular. |
Year | Search for subjects in a particular year. |
Semester | Search for subjects given in a semester. |
Campus | Search for subjects given at a particular campus. |
Assessment Code | Search for the code relating to how work in a class is assessed. |
Heading | Search for all or part of the subject heading. |

Note: You can perform different tasks depending on whether you have selected a subject or a subject assessment area in the Subject Assessment Selector window. In the example above, the subject area is displayed in italics, denoting that the assessment area below is selected.
Subject assessment right click menu Anchor
Right click on the subject assessment to perform the following key actions:
- Create a new subject assessment. See Creating new subject assessments (on page ).
- Rename a subject assessment. See Renaming subject assessments (on page ).
Note: You can also use this function to move a subject assessment to a different campus or file type. See Moving subject assessments (on page ).
- Create a new subject assessment by making a copy of the details of an existing subject. See Copying subject assessments

Assessment area right click menu Anchor
Right click on the subject assessment area to perform the following key actions:
- Create a new subject assessment area. See Creating new subject assessment areas (on page ).
- Delete a subject assessment area. See Deleting subject assessment areas (on page ).
- Insert a new assessment area before the current assessment area. See Inserting new subject assessment areas (on page ).
- Change the order of assessment areas within the subject. See Moving an assessment area to another sequence (on page ).
- Merge one or more assessment areas into the selected assessment area. See Merging other assessment areas into the current assessment area (on page ).
- Copy the grid contents to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Tip: The number of records in the grid is displayed at the bottom of the menu.
