Use the Accommodation Booking List window to view and maintain accommodation bookings.

To open the Accommodation Booking List window:

  1. Select Accommodation > Bookings List from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Accommodation Booking List window is displayed.

  2. Select one of the entries. In the example, M-20.
    The booking guest details are expanded.

Field

Description

Check in

Display only bookings with a check in on or after this date.

Check out

Display only bookings with a check-out on or before this date.

Booked by

Display only bookings made by a particular community member, as selected in the Create New Booking window. See Creating new bookings (on page ).

Guest Name

Search for bookings for a particular guest.

Booking ID

Unique code identifying the booking.

Booking for

Display only bookings for this community member.

Show unallocated only

Display only reservations. That is, bookings that have not yet been allocated a room.

Room Type

Display only bookings for the selected room type.

Category

Display only bookings for the selected object category.

Booking Type

Display only bookings of this type. See luObjectBookingStatus in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.

Status

Display only bookings of this status.

    Field

    Description

    Booking ID

    Unique code identifying the booking.

    Date From

    Date the booking is from.

    Date To

    Date the booking is to.

    Room

    Room allocated to the booking, if any.

    Location

    Location of the room.

    Booked By

    The community member who made the booking.
    Note: Names in grey font are booking system super-users.

    Count

    Number of rooms reserved in the booking.

    Booking Status

    Status of the booking.

    Report

    Launch a Hot Report for the selected booking in either:

    • PDF by selecting Image Removed Image Added
    • Microsoft Excel by hovering over Image Removed Image Added and selecting Image Removed Image Added
    • Microsoft Word by hovering over Image Removed Image Added and selecting Image Removed Image Added.

    Select this booking to:
