1. Select Tags from the SynWeb main menu.
   The Tag List window is displayed.
   
2. Click .
   The Load Tag Lists window is displayed.
   
3. Select Clear tagged items first, if there are entries in the current tag list.
   
4. Select the tag list that you want to extend
   
5. Click .
   The Tag List window is populated with the relevant community members.Image Removed
6. Click.
   The Store Tag List window is displayed.
   
7. Select the tag list from the drop-down list.

8. Click .
   The tag list is re-saved with the new expiry date.
