2. Select a Consent Type from the drop-down list. See the luEventConsentTypes lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
3. Select Required if the consent is required for the community member to attend the excursion.
4. Change the description in the Consent Text field, if necessary.
   Note: This field is automatically populated when the consent type is selected.
5. Click Image Modified .
