  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.

  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions (on page ).
  3. Click the Consent bar.
    Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.
    The Consent bar of Excursion Maintenance is displayed.

  4. Click Image Removed Image Added.
    The Add Event Consent Type window is displayed.

  5. Select a Consent Type from the drop-down list. See the luEventConsentTypes lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
  6. Select Required if the consent is required for the community member to attend the excursion.
  7. Change the description in the Consent Text field, if necessary.
    Note: This field is automatically populated when the consent type is selected.
  8. Click Image Removed Image Added.
