Enquiry Student Maintenance - Interviews tab

Use the Interviews tab to:

schedule interviews
assign staff members to interviews
record interview outcomes
maintain interview details.

Opening the Interviews tab
To open the Interviews tab:

Select Module > Future Students > Enquiry/Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.

The Process Future Student and Enquiries window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking .

Select the person the enquiry is about. See Searching for enrolment enquiries (on page ).

The Student tab of the Enquiry Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Click the Interviews tab.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Date	Date of the interview.
Type	Type of interview. See the luInterviewType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Classification	Document classification of the interview. See the luDocumentClassification lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Topic	Topic of the interview.
Outcome	Outcome of the interview. See the luInterviewOutcome lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Interviewed By	Staff member conducting the interview.
Attendee Comment	Comments about the interview attendees.
Comment	General comments about the interview.
Created By	Community member that created the interview.
Created Date	Date the interview was created.
Modified Date	Community member that last modified the record.
Modified By	Date the record was last modified.

Fields

Topic	Topic of the interview.
Date	Date of the interview.
Time	Time of the interview.
