To link to an existing allergy:

  1. Click .
    The Confirm window is displayed.
  2. Click .
    The Existing Allergies window is displayed.

    Note: You can add allergies using the Allergy tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Allergy tab (on page ).
  3. Select the checkbox next to the allergies to be linked.
  4. Click .
