Monitoring enquiry student data using the School Enquiry Power BI Dashboard

Total number of enquiries represented in the dashboard based on current selections.

Select a calendar year from the drop-down list to display enquiry data for the selected year.

Total number of enquiries by enquiry source.

Total number of enquiries for each year level.

You can:

• select a column to reorder the data by the selected header
• select a row to filter the dashboard content to display enquiry data for the selected year level.

Total number of enquiries by enquiry status.

You can select a pie chart segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected enquiry status.

Total number of enquiries by campus.

You can select a bar graph column to filter the dashboard content by the selected campus.

Total number of enquiries by month.

You can select a pie chart segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected month.

Total number of enquiries by gender.

You can select a segment to filter the dashboard content by the selected gender.

Total number of enquiries of suburb.

You can:

• select a dot to display enquiry data for the selected suburb
• zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel
• pan by left-clicking and dragging using your mouse
• hover over a dot to view a popup displaying an enquiry summary for the suburb.

Select one or more checkboxes to filter the entire dashboard by the selected boarding categories.

Select or deselect the False flag to determine whether Full Fee student data is displayed in the dashboard.
