Current Student Maintenance - Confirm Details bar - Student Confirmation Status sub-tab

Use the Student Confirmation Status sub-tab to view the latest confirmation information of the My Details groups relevant to the selected current student. For each group the last confirmation date and the community member that submitted the confirmation is displayed.


 Opening the Student Confirmation Status sub-tab

To open the Student Confirmation Status sub-tab:

  1. Select Students > Student Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Current Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for the student. See Searching for students.
    The first student's record is displayed on the Current Student Maintenance window. One bar is expanded depending on your last session or earlier selection.
  3. Scroll down to the Confirm Details bar, if required.
  4. Click the Confirm Details bar.

    Tip    : You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

    The Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab of the Confirm Details bar of the Current Student Maintenance window is expanded.
  5. Click the Student Confirmation Status sub-tab.
    The Student Confirmation Status sub-tab is displayed.

Note: These fields are not linked to the current confirmation period. They will always display the most recently confirmed details.

Date the group was last confirmed on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
Confirmed ByCommunity member that confirmed the group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal.
