Due to the Labour Day public holiday, the Synergetic office will be closed on Monday 12th March.

Please note that the Synergetic Service Desk will be closed; however we will have emergency support service available between 9am to 5pm AEST

This emergency support service is for assistance with Synergetic issues of a system-critical nature (charges may be applicable depending on the nature of the issue).

To access this service, please call our normal support line (+61 3 9803 8111) and at the recorded voice prompt, press 3 to divert to the emergency support mobile. 

For all non-critical support issues, you can lodge a ServiceDesk ticket or leave a voicemail by calling our support line on the number above (without using the '3' option) and we will follow up with you upon our return.
