Note: Download photos when connected via Wi-Fi to avoid excess data changes and slow downloads.

To download staff member photos to your device:

  1. Search for staff members. See Searching for staff members (on page ).
    Stick figures are displayed if no photos have been downloaded.
  2. Touch .
  3. Either, touch:
    • Yes if photos are available
    • OK if there are no photos to download.
