You can navigate the folder structure in Settings Maintenance to view information about Action Centre messages.
To navigate the folder structure:
- Select a parent folder. For example, the Enquiries folder.
- Click
to expand the folder.
Tip: You can also expand parent folders by double-clicking the folder.
The sub-folders and Action Centre messages stored inside the folder are displayed.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the required Action Centre message is displayed.
- Select the Action Centre message.
The message information is displayed.
