The Object Tasks window has two main sections.
- The top pane lists all tasks that have been recorded but have not yet been allocated to a staff member. You can:
- add new tasks for an object without allocating a task staff member
- view and edit unallocated tasks.
- The bottom pane lists all tasks that have been allocated to a staff member. If the Include Closed Tasks field is selected, this pane also displays allocated tasks that have been completed. You can:
- add new tasks and allocate a task staff member to them
- view and edit allocated tasks
- view and edit the details of selected completed tasks.
