Staff Maintenance allows you to view and maintain information about the staff members at your organisation. This includes teaching and non-teaching staff.
How to:

  • Search for a staff member on the system. See Searching for staff members (on page ).
  • Create a new staff member. See Creating new staff members (on page ).
  • Delete a staff member. See Deleting staff members (on page ).
  • Maintain the bank of comments used for assessments by staff members. See Maintaining the staff personal comment bank (on page ).

  • set the campuses they can substitute at and their current workload per timetable cycle
  • view substitutions that the selected staff member has for the selected file year.
