Use the Assets tab of the Asset Definitions Maintenance window to view the assets that belong to a particular category of assets. You can choose the category on the left-hand side of the window.
Note: You can define an asset type's characteristics in the General tab of the Asset Definitions Maintenance window. See Asset Definitions Maintenance - General tab (on page ).
Opening the Assets tab
To open the Assets tab of the Asset Definitions Maintenance window:
- Select Module > General Ledger > Asset Definitions Maintenance from the main menu.
The General tab of the Asset Definitions Maintenance window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the general ledger functions by clicking .
- Click the Assets tab.
