You can use either the Single Student tab or the All Students tab to maintain assessment results for individual students in your class.
The tab you use is determined by your individual preference:

  • On the All Students tab, you can see the results for all students in the selected class.
  • With the Single Student tab you can only see the results for one student at a time. See Student Results Maintenance - Single Student tab (on page ).

You can:

  • Sort and rank students on the All Students tab. See Sorting and ranking students (on page )
  • Add the same result to all students in the class. See Entering results in bulk (on page ).

Note: If the results have been exported from the network version of Synergetic, you can only work on them after you re-import them or unlock the class. See Unlocking exported classes (on page ).
Note: Results maintenance checks the Rprts Prntd and Athr Stppd fields in the Year Level area in File Semester Maintenance. This allows the owner to lock out results for a single year level without affecting other levels. See Student File Semester Maintenance - File Semester tab in the Curriculum manual.
